Eurostaff ‘MoBros’ Raise Over £4,100 for Prostate Cancer Charity

Many people look forward to the final month of the year as a result of the impending holiday season, resulting in the excessive consumption of food, drink and Christmas parties, yet a team of 34 were willing December 1 to come around for another reason.  This was because, to the relief of many, the men of Eurostaff were able to shave their top lips after a fantastic Movember effort.

Over the 30 day period, over £4,100 was raised by the team which all gets donated to the Prostate Cancer charity.  Giving back to the community and being humble in the fortunate positions we find ourselves in are integral qualities we look for our staff, and the whole office really embraced the spirit of Movember and helped get to a total that the team can truly be proud of.  With incentives for fundraising ranging from sweet hampers, to pairs of tickets at Club Wembley for England internationals, there was a competitive but fun atmosphere whilst moustaches of various qualities grew throughout the month.

Movember is a yearly event in the UK and around the world with the aim to raise vital funds for men’s health, specifically prostate cancer and other forms that can affect men.  Eurostaff would like to say well done to all participants in this year’s event.
