Eversheds selects Employer Connections to support their clear vision for the future of recruitment

 

Trusted social network deployed to promote employee referrals and direct hire, and support graduate engagement.

 

Employer Connections, provider of trusted social networks for business, is delighted to announce that its platform has been chosen by international law firm Eversheds to support their distinctive vision for the future of recruitment.

Eversheds is one of the world's largest full service international law firms with over 4,500 employees in 46 offices across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. The firm, renowned for its distinctive and innovative approach to change, has implemented the Employer Connections platform in its commitment to attracting and developing talented people.

 

A “trusted network” will enable internal and external communities to connect and engage within the same communications platform. The initial use will be to support Eversheds’ employee referral programme, and on-boarding for graduates on training contracts.

 

The vision is then to extend the network to other communities such as young people, as part of the Eversheds Unlocked programme, and recruitment partners including schools and universities.
