We are committed to customer care and focussed on offering a unique experience for our Clients and Candidates with tangible benefits that they value.  We currently offer a first class web lounge facility, we pay our candidate’s holiday pay upfront, and we also provide excellent training opportunities - we are proud to say that our training facilities are adopted by some of our Clients for their internal employees and inductions, which means, when they work with Love Success, their staff are more productive from day one.

We feel it’s imperative to support our customers in these intricate times - that’s why we offer all of our Clients and Candidates the ability to come and take advantage of our state of the art  facilities and training – it’s complimentary, and we are eager and equipped to tailor our training to our Client’s needs.  Our training continually proves to be a great success with 100% of delegates rating our events as either excellent or outstanding.

We recently held an enormously successful training session on  ‘Understanding Modern Recruitment Techniques’ delivered by our own Michelle Singh.  Michelle is a Department of Working Pensions accredited provider who has previously specialised in training job search support skills to today’s job seeker, including professionals and all work ready individuals. Michelle has personally trained over 900 people in understanding ‘Modern’ recruitment techniques that employers are currently utilising.  

Our latest training session topic was ‘Understanding Modern Recruitment Techniques’ and covered topics such as:

Structure of CVs & profiles

Accessing ‘hidden’ jobs

Job boards

Direct applications

Cover letters

Digital on line

Interview techniques, competency based
