FDM Group offers graduates insight into ‘A Day in the Life of an IT Consultant’

As part of its commitment to combating the IT skills shortage, FDM Group will be holding a free seminar for those interested in pursuing IT careers on 12th October within its London office.
 
As the UK’s largest IT graduate employer, FDM Group is dedicated to attracting fresh talent to the industry and will be recruiting 1,000 graduates this year alone.
 
To ensure that graduates, who may not stem from technology backgrounds, are exposed to the opportunities available within the industry, FDM will be holding a free career focused seminar.
 
FDM Recruitment Manager Madeleine Field said, “This session will prove extremely valuable for those branching into the field of IT from other backgrounds, as well as those who would like to know how they can apply their existing technical knowledge.”
 
The free event will be hosted by FDM’s technical service specialists, who will discuss current industry trends including the skills that are currently in demand.
 
Importantly, the session will also include talks from FDM’s current IT Consultants who can aid graduates in their career decisions by painting a clear picture of ‘A Day in the Life of an IT Consultant’.
 
Attendees will also benefit from a networking session with FDM’s IT Consultants and in-house staff, who will be on-hand to offer advice and share experiences as well as information on FDM’s graduate programme.
 
With twenty years of experience under its belt, the firm is certainly qualified to offer graduates advice on the IT career opportunities available through this session.
