After several months of development, First Choice Software recently released its latest RDB ProNet integration with Broadbean, focusing on candidate response aggregation to manage multi-posted jobs with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

After several months of development, First Choice Software recently released its latest RDB ProNet integration with Broadbean, focusing on candidate response aggregation to manage multi-posted jobs with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Broadbean, the leading multiposting and aggregated CV search provider, now automatically processes all the responses to job postings to make it easy for consultants to view, rank and respond to candidates quickly. The aggregated responses can be synchronised in bulk or added individually to candidate data in RDB ProNet.

When integrating Broadbean candidate management into RDB ProNet, First Choice looked beyond what has been achieved by other recruitment software suppliers with a view to delivering full advantage to consultants.

RDB ProNet’s integration is credited with delivering speed and control. Shaun Weise, Broadbean Business Development Manager, characterises the result as “deep integration with close attention to functionality that eases the recruiter’s workflow. For example, a unique aspect of this particular integration is the way RDB ProNet handles de-duplication.” Reliable de-duplication becomes an even more valuable asset in times of high unemployment when candidates apply for multiple roles.

The RDB ProNet Broadbean integration removes the risk of candidate responses going astray in someone’s Outlook, speeds interpretation of results and candidate placement, with a potent side benefit that is a better maintained database.

This integration extends RDB ProNet’s core functionality which allows consultants to work all in one screen with no need to open other applications or multiple folders. Job response results are revealed as easily as “retrieve candidates”.
