FIVE NEW FIRMS ACCEPTED TO MEMBERSHIP IN THE AESC

The AESC welcomes Athena Executive Search & Consulting, Hoffman and Associates, Management Search, Mashabey Enosh and Valuar.

The Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) is pleased to announce the acceptance of five retained executive search firms into membership. Following extensive reference checks, a site visit, and vote by the AESC regional Councils, the following firms were approved to join the AESC:

Athena Executive Search & Consulting is a boutique retained search firm committed to delivering high quality search and consulting services across the talent management spectrum. The company specializes in executive search, Board level advisory and talent management consulting. Athena is the first Indian boutique search firm and is headquartered in Gurgaon with a satellite office in Hyderabad.

Hoffman and Associates is an independent executive search firm founded in 1987 in Brussels and is the Belgian member of IIC Partners. The firm employs 12 professionals, including 6 partners, and handles assignments across all business sectors and functional areas.

Founded in 1984 in Milan, Management Search specializes in executive search at a senior level with particular reference to the industrial, commercial and financial sectors. It performs executive search both in Italy and abroad and has offices in Milan and Rome.

Mashabey Enosh is a premier retained executive search firm based in Israel, established in 1981. Being the first firm in the executive search arena in Israel they have helped shape the industry’s practices and standards. Mashabey Enosh focuses exclusively on CEOs, C-level, VPs, VC Partners and Board Directors, serving both domestic organizations and overseas clients across all sectors.

Valuar was founded in 1973 by Cristina Bomchil and is based in Buenos Aires. The firm performs senior level executive search assignments for Argentinean clients in all industries. Valuar is a member of Agilium Worldwide.
