FOR THE FIRST TIME: Women earning the same as men The CMI today released a report on how female junior executives are earning as much as male counterparts. This is the first such occurrence since the CMI's records began, and shows the average pay for women was £21,969 compared with men at £21,367. The report also reveals female directors are five times more likely to have been made redundant than their male counterparts between February 2010 and February 2011.
