Having spent the last 3 years performing statutory financial audits of middle market clients, I have a keen understanding of the challenges facing SMEs in the current economic climate.

Currently assisting SMEs with their cashflow by providing an innovative alternative to traditional invoice discounting / invoice factoring.

Underwriting authority, granted by Hiscox Insurance Company to provide cover directly to the recruitment industry, has allowed many opportunities to create innovative extensions of cover for recruiters, enabling them to accept non standard terms they would otherwise have to refuse.

The most recent of these is the Agency Worker Regulations where agencies once again find themselves exposed through contractual obligations. Allison and Partners have devised an insurance solution to alleviate the exposures the regulations have created.
