JERRY WRIGHT - CEO – CPH

A Law graduate who started his career in executive recruitment in the Civil Service before moving into HR consulting with leading management consultancy, Price Waterhouse (now PwC). Jerry subsequently spent 10+ years with Michael Page Group plc, where he set up and ran a number of businesses for them, latterly creating their separately branded executive search firm, Questor International. Over the last fifteen years Jerry has co-founded three recruitment companies – a specialist agency, a niche international search firm, and, latterly, cph, a successful and ambitious player in the RPO space. Jerry is a strong advocate of the viewthat the future for talent attraction lies in direct candidate sourcing models – managed ‘in house’ or by an outsourced/in-sourced recruitment solutions provider.

About CPH
Co-founded in 2005 by Jerry Wright and Scott Russell, cph is a market leading provider of RPO/in-sourced recruitment solutions, working primarily with medium-sized and smaller companies. This includes ‘early stage’, emerging/high growth and well established businesses. At the heart of cph’s solution, and core to their success, is the design and implementation of a direct candidate sourcing model for each client, managed by fully embedded experienced recruiters. cph is one of the few RPO firms that will contractually commit to delivering a very high percentage of total hires through direct channels (ie without using agencies). Operating across a number of market sectors, cph’s primary focus is on the EMEA region. They have a small office in Sydney (working with clients in Australia and Singapore) and an associate RPO company in San Francisco.
