Network Group Holdings plc has announced the acquisition of The IT Recruitment Network Ltd
The Company is pleased to announce that on 31 December 2009 it acquired 100 per cent. of the IT Recruitment Network Limited ("ITRN") from Pertemps Investments Limited ("PIL") for £1.
ITRN was formed in April 2008 and is based in Solihull. The business provides both temporary and permanent recruitment, operating in the sector of Information technology. For the eight month period ended 31 December 2008 ITRN had turnover of £56,000 and as at 31 December 2008 had gross assets of £98,000.
