In the last few years there has been a big shift to on-line recruitment and more efficient technology to manage data and administration. “A serviced centre provides a cost effective, convenient base for working and meeting local applicants, but also allows us flexibility to work remotely or hire other venues to support recruitment throughout Kent.”
