Executive Search Firm Cripps Sears & Partners Celebrates its 35th Anniversary

The company celebrates 35 years of world class executive search and looks ahead to an even more promising future

Executive Search Firm Cripps Sears & Partners celebrated its 35th Anniversary at the ‘Orangery’ in Kensington Palace. The firm was joined by over 250 guests who included clients, contacts, candidates and dignitaries; including HRH Prince Michael of Kent and a number of International ambassadors. Jim Carlisle from Toronto Canada – and Chairman of the World Search Group, of which Cripps Sears is a member – was invited to speak alongside Mike Cripps about their vision for the future.

The evening had a Middle-Eastern theme which was infused throughout the event, from the canapés to the entertainment. Guests enjoyed fantastic spectacles of fire-eating and snake charmers whilst sipping their champagne cocktails.

“We have been looking forward to this day for quite some time and everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly. We have managed numerous assignments in the Middle East and Sub Sahara, particularly as part of our Energy practice group, hence the party’s theme”, said Michael Cripps of Cripps Sears & Partners.
