Appointment at isis executive search confirms executive positivity within the hospitality industry at all time high
In another positive sign to the hospitality and leisure market, it has been announced today that respected executive search specialist Jill Beeson has joined isis as Director.
isis is the executive and board-level search practice of leading hotels, hospitality and catering recruiter, Berkeley Scott and deals solely with senior appointments within the hospitality and leisure industries.
Beeson’s appointment strengthens the brand which announced in November that Simon Tucker-Brown had joined to head up the re-established division.
The news comes on the day a survey by Allegra Strategies is published, reporting how hospitality and food and beverage industry bosses are more optimistic about recovery in the sector than they were 12 months ago. “This news is systematic of what we are hearing first hand†explains Tucker-Brown “and the follow on from this is that many people are looking to move and many more senior positions are being created.
The recruitment of Beeson is an achievement. A consummate selection professional with an impressive record of partnering an array of companies, from large FTSE 100 blue chips to small independents, she initially spent 14 years in a number of senior positions in the hotel and retail industry. Since 1995 Beeson has been in executive search, focusing on the hospitality, retail and leisure sectors, managing assignments across a broad range of disciplines at middle and senior management and board level.
Tucker-Brown and Beeson are both well known and respected by senior executives and board members in their sectors and isis has already established a reputation with many senior executives as being the countries foremost hospitality search and selection specialist.
