ARITHON KEEPS ITS CLIENTS LINKEDIN

Arithon is delighted to announce that they have integrated their system and joined forces with LinkedIn. LinkedIn has become a quintessential part of career development and business development in this social media age. More and more professionals and graduates are taking advantage of this free platform to showcase their achievements and seek connections with experts and opportunities across the world.  For recruiters, LinkedIn is fast becoming the most popular sourcing tools out there. Smart recruiters are taking heed and Arithon users are gaining the advantage.

A first for recruitment software, recruiters can now search within LinkedIn’s profiles and once a suitable candidate is found and one simple click allows them to import their details. The recruiter then has the option to invite them to join their “group” thus opening up a conversation with the possible candidate.  In addition, Arithon will continue to scan the profile and update the candidate’s record where it may be matched with further positions that the recruiter may have. This isn’t the first time that Roderick Smyth and his team at Arithon have used integration. Arithon’s highly successful Skype integration brought valuable cost savings for their clients, not just with cheaper calls but through greater recruiter-client-candidate communications management.

Recruitment is a tougher place to do business given the current economic climate and this has encouraged recruitment and technology to become firmer friends.  With LinkedIn developing its own partnerships, most notably Twitter and iPhone, this development allows for great cohesion within the recruitment new media network. Gone are the days of scowling the classifieds or relying on the job boards to make your next career move. Whether an employer, a recruiter or someone jobhunting, social media platforms such as LinkedIn is a resource that should be explored or you may find yourself left behind.
