CHH Recruitment, a privately owned, Burton upon Trent, nationally focused recruitment agency has rebranded to become “Equal Approach Limited”
The new name reflects the core ethos and ethics of the organisation, in particular its focus on attracting candidates from a diverse background, through a unique initiative called “Diversity Partnerships”.
Managing Director Dawn Milman Hurst stated “we are extremely excited about the future of Equal Approach and the success to date of our “Diversity Partnerships” initiative. This has been eighteen months in development and we have already realised success through our partnership with RADAR, the Royal Association for Disability and Rights. It was felt to be an appropriate time to re-brand the company to reflect the true nature of our business”
