Encore Aims to Be the Best
Encore Personnel Services have achieved the prestigious One Star status within the Best Companies Accreditation Standard for 2010, making them one of the best companies to work for in the UK. As featured in the Best Companies Guide, the Best Companies Accreditation recognises organisational excellence in the area of workplace engagement.
The ‘Best Companies to Work For’ survey uses key questions to gain a comprehensive view of employee engagement across eight factors and performance is defined solely by employee response. ‘Best Companies to Work For’ surveyed over 270,000 employees from a record 1,086 organisations and Encore Personnel were one of only 410 companies that achieved the accreditation.
Chris Hockey, Director, comments “We are delighted that we have been awarded with this prestigious accolade for the third year running. An excellent place to work seems to be a true reflection felt by our colleagues across the organization, meaning we are achieving our policy to create the best working environment we can.
“We realise that staff are the heart and soul of any business and nowhere is this more prominent than in recruitment - this is a great achievement for a company committed to being the best.”
Jonathan Austin, CEO and founder, Best Companies comments: “An engaged workforce is essential as organisations move out of the recession and into a more stable economic situation. No doubt many organisations have tackled redundancies and rapid change this year. But only those that have kept on engaging their staff and making sure they are involved in the business will be in a good position for the future.
The presentation will be held at The Best Companies new Art of Engagement centre. Set in a purpose built environment across 60,000 square feet where you can discover an interactive employee experience, where the visitors will be encouraged to explore their own perceptions of workplace engagement.
