Energi Recognised As An Investor In People
Energi Recruitment Services Limited are proud to announce that they have been recognised as an Investor in People by the Quality South East Recognition Team on 25th February 2010. Energi’s business was significantly reduced by the recession of 2008/2009 but refusing to be daunted, the directors decided to use the downturn as an opportunity to improve and develop business practice through application of the Investors in People Standard . The assessors were impressed by Energi’s approach to tough times: ‘Despite the recession, the company retained its principles of care for its workforce…’ ‘When budgets are tightly stretched, companies can be tempted to go for profit at any price. Energi does not appear to have followed this path and has maintained its focus on trust and the provision of excellent care to clients…’. Staff at Energi all feel the experience has been extremely valuable and they intend to keep up the good work by working towards the Investors in People Bronze Award in eighteen months time.
