eNL continues to adapt to change!

In this rapidly changing technological market and continually adjusting economic climate, it is increasingly important to be ahead of the game. In an effort to accomplish this demanding task eNL Legal Recruitment has recently launched a new website, recruited an additional locum consultant and is in the process of developing an additional online product – adapting to change is certainly high on the agenda!

As part of their new look, eNL has changed the appearance and structure of their website. The new easy to use site www.enllegal.co.uk now includes facilities for candidates such as a; Client Brochure Library; Personal Career Management Centre and; straightforward iPhone/Blackberry access. Along with some of the previous capabilities including job alerts, relocation information, CV template and interview tips, the new site will provide RSS feeds with real time news articles from leading legal publications. For locum candidates, the additional benefit of e-timesheets and e-payslips will provide a more eco-friendly payment system.

In support of their ability to embrace technology the team are building their Linked-In profiles and will soon be ‘tweeting’ through the corporate Twitter account.

New recruit, Kaye Thumpston, is joining the team from a leading global recruitment company and will be instrumental in the overall long-term growth of the locum division. Joining with fresh ideas that will help shape future strategic plans, Kaye benefits from experience across the full-range of public sector and in-house organisations. A specialist legal recruitment business, eNL concentrate on private practice, in-house and public sector appointments, offering expert knowledge in the recruitment of Partners, Solicitors, Legal Executives and experienced Paralegals.

A business that has not only survived in 2009 but already expanded in 2010, eNL are continually moving forwards and embracing ever changing market conditions – a must in today’s business world!
