Front Runners in Recruitment first past the post in National Competition
White Horse Employment’s enterprising recruiters have been rewarded a £1,000 cash prize for their innovative shared business techniques in a national competition held by TEAM – The Employment Agents Movement, ran to recognise the support and development of shared business amongst over 300 independent recruitment agencies.
During the economic downturn the Recruitment Industry has been affected by working restrictions and recruitment freezes, but through business sharing techniques through TEAM, White Horse Employment have supported independent agencies throughout the UK.
“Many organisations believe undertaking their own recruitment has been a cost saving measure” said Sarah Matthews, Recruitment Manager, “but in reality our clients have recognised the substantial saving we have made them, with the flexibility of Temporary Workers, and using effective recruitment methods resulting in improved staff retention in Permanent Recruitment, being able to share this business with our TEAM network members has ensured the stability of independent agencies”
