Executives Online, the interim management
GERMANY RECOGNISES THE INTERIM MANAGEMENT NEED
Executives Online, the interim management and executive recruitment company, announced today the extension of their franchise business by awarding a master franchise in Germany. The new offices in Germany will continue to expand the organisation’s Global Talent Bank of 80,000 while answering the demand in one of Europe’s most buoyant economies for new approaches to http://www.executivesonline.co.uk/executive_recruitment href="http://www.executivesonline.co.uk/executive_recruitment">executive recruitment. The Germany economy was one of the least hard hit by the global economic downturn and was one of the first countries to emerge from it. The growing labour market, with increased demands for talent in interim and permanent ro les, is a direct reflection of this buoyancy.
It was only in December 2009 that Executives Online announced its very first master http://www.executivesonline.co.uk/about_us/Proposn/Franchise href="http://www.executivesonline.co.uk/about_us/Proposn/Franchise">franchise agreement in South Africa. This most recent achievement shows the company’s strategy to increase penetration around the world is coming to fruition. Headquartered in Cologne, Germany, Stephan H. Aschenbrenner will be heading up the new enterprise. Stephan has broad international experience in management, recruitment and franchising. Since 1988 he has worked for several international franchise organizations and in 2002 he founded “initiat” his first entrepreneurial venture recruiting and financing franchisees. To his credit Stephen built “initiat” into the German market leader having placed over 1,000 franchisees in a wide sp ectrum of branded franchise systems.
James O’Brien, Franchise Director at Executives Online, comments: “To have Germany sign off a master franchise is indicative of the market’s demand for innovation in sourcing executive talent. As one of the power houses of Europe, Germany’s job market remained robust throughout 2009 despite the economic recession. As the economy recovers, companies will want speedier access to talent than outmoded recruitment methods – such as executive search – can deliver. What’s more, the German labour market is increasingly demanding a flexible labour force which is precisely what we specialise in via our http://www.executivesonline.co.uk/interim_management href="http://www.executivesonline.co.uk/interim_management">interim management service. As businesses around the world prepare for the cessation of the recession, interim management is being deployed as a key tool for companies to looking to return to growth The UK has the largest interim management market but other European countries are quickly catching up.”
Executives Online Germany will deploy the same innovative methods for online candidate acquisition as have proven successful elsewhere in the world, building a Global Talent Bank that now numbers 80,000 executives, selected from over 160,000 online applications. The Talent Bank is built and shared by all Executives Online operating units, providing clients global access to talent for permanent or interim roles, wherever they may be.
