HCL is a Best Company to Work For
HCL plc, the UK's largest health and social care staffing company, is delighted to announce that it has won accreditation as a Best Company to Work For, and has achieved Star Status.
The Best Companies Accreditation Scheme measures workplace engagement via an employee survey, and is the UK's most well-known and highly regarded independent workplace engagement tool. Accreditation by Best Companies is seen as the "Michelin" star rating for organisations on employee engagement - based on what staff themselves say about their company.
Of the 1,086 companies which entered the Accreditation process, only 220 achieved the same Star Status as HCL.
