Further to the announcements made on 2nd and 24th December 2009
Hexagon Human Capital plc - Update on Banking facilities and HMRC liability.
Further to the announcements made on 2nd and 24th December 2009, which outlined the Company's outstanding liabilities to HMRC, the Company confirms that discussions remain ongoing with HMRC with a view to agreeing a revised payment schedule.
The Company also announces that it remains in discussions with Barclays Bank with a view to agreeing facilities appropriate for Hexagon's ongoing requirements and to repay the Company's current bank indebtedness.
The Directors are currently reviewing all restructuring options that are available to the Hexagon Group.
