The new tools utilize the structured data that is quickly captured by Innovate CV to allow corporate recruiters to speedily measure applicants against multiple criteria (skills- profiling, personality, desire to work at a company, experience, and educational background). Further, depending on the position, the recruiter can determine how important any given criteria are within a search.

The system can show the results in numerous ways depending on the needs of the business, including info graphics that visually portray a candidates competency levels in comparison to other applicants who have applied for the same role.
