John Berry – Named And Shamed
Readers of the Sunday Times will have spotted the story on page 4 - Serial Claimant’s Bonanza From ‘Ageist’ Job Ads, featuring none other than John Berry. Quite where reporter Robert Watts got all his information from is a mystery to me (not)!!
I’m certain the article will not stop him from trying to extract more monies out of unsuspecting recruiters nor employers direct. However, we do now have several ways of getting his spurious claims struck out - you do not and should not pay this man. If you are a recruitment company or you know of any recruiter and/or client who has a claim from Berry please put them in touch with me.
This man is a serial litigant and he is abusing a system which is there for people who have genuine claims, he is delaying their cases and costing the tax payer thousands.
He is now also threatening to expand his litigation to include publications that infringe his Human Rights – naturally RI will contest any such action!!
