More Executives Online

Executives Online, the fast track headhunting company announced today that it has increased its European franchise portfolio with the opening of two new offices in Belgium and Italy. The new offices based in Milan and Brussels will seek to not only enhance the organisation’s Global Talent Bank of over 60,000 candidates but secure the business opportunities available in these market territories.

The Brussels office which will also cover the Luxembourg region will see Pierre Melis take the reins. Melis was elected as President of the Belgian Association of Management Consultants in 2005 and his business experience and impressive network of contacts will no doubt fuel the future growth of the business. Heading up the Milan office is Othmar Sanin, whose experience of working in senior management roles for a variety of businesses all over the world will play a vital role in the success long term.

James O’Brien, Franchise Director at Executives Online comments: “We are confident that both Pierre and Othmar will help us to meet our future growth plans and increase the awareness of the Executives Online brand in their host territories. Doubling our international network in just two years is a huge achievement and we will continue to commit our efforts into expanding our global footprint further.

Securing these franchises also provides a clear indication that confidence in a financial recovery is increasing. We often find that senior professionals with a wealth of experience find our franchise model an extremely attractive proposition. They regard it as an opportunity to take ownership of their career and realise their aspirations of building their own sustainable business. Our international network development is pivotal in increasing our Global Talent Bank that provides critical resources to our clients, globally and locally and the opening of these new offices in Belgium and Italy will strengthen our offering to both existing and potential customers.”
