Ochre House to Recruit Talent for Agilent Technologies in EMEA

The leading international measurement company Agilent Technologies, which has over 16,000 employees worldwide, has outsourced recruitment in the EMEA region to fast growing talent management specialist, Ochre House. Agilent already works with Ochre House’s US-based partner, Pinstripe, which handles the company’s technical, professional and managerial hiring in the Americas.

Agilent opted to use a specialist provider to benefit from its expertise in developing and delivering innovative solutions within a short space of time. Following a rigorous tender process, the contract was awarded to Ochre House.

“We chose Ochre House as our EMEA recruiting process outsourcing partner because of its performance throughout our selection procedure and its broad reach and experience servicing large customers across the region,.” says Europe Staffing Manager, Nury Plumley. “The standout moment during our selection process was our recruitment challenge where the three finalists were asked to produce a shortlist for one of our more difficult to fill openings in just three days. Ochre House outperformed their competitors both in terms of approach and results.”

“We’re finding that global organisations increasingly want truly international responses to their staffing challenges,” says Sue Brooks, Managing Director of Ochre House. “However the most insightful have come to the conclusion that a ‘one size fits all’ approach simply does not work and that a partnership of local regional specialists is the optimal solution. Our partnership with Pinstripe has allowed us to provide just such a solution to Agilent Technologies.”
