REC role for Recruitment Driven Ltd director
Jonathan Gilbert, director of Recruitment Driven Ltd, will be representing the drivers’ recruitment sector at a national level after being appointed to the Recruitment and Employment Confederation’s (REC) Drivers Executive Committee, it was announced.
REC Drivers is the REC’s specialist sector group representing drivers’ recruitment agencies nationwide and strives for best practice, compliance and ethical recruitment in the sector. The REC is the professional body which represents the £22.5 billion recruitment industry.
Commenting on his appointment, Jonathan Gilbert said: “I am very glad to be part of the REC Drivers Executive Committee. The group stands for high standards and services and that is exactly what we aim to offer our clients here at Recruitment Driven. I look forward to working with the rest of the members and the REC’s team.” Konstantinos Makrygiannis, policy advisor for REC Drivers said today: “We recognise Jonathan’s deep knowledge of the drivers sector. We were aiming for a balanced and representative committee of the driver recruitment market and that is what we are achieving. I look forward to working with Jonathan on the issues facing the drivers sector.”
