Louise Hewett voted in the top 50 movers and shakers

Louise Hewett, managing director of Hewett Recruitment has been voted in the top 50 movers and shakers for her home and business county Worcestershire, in a list published this month.

One of a select few business figures and amongst celebrities and other high profile residents of Worcestershire, Louise Hewett’s high ranking position is another coup for the company in its 30th anniversary year in 2010, alongside the visit later this month by HRH The Countess of Wessex to Hewett Recruitment’s Kidderminster head office.

“I am honoured and delighted to be named in this top 50 which has been compiled and published by a regional magazine,” says Louise. “As a woman in business, in the recruitment industry, in a flourishing county such as Worcestershire, this is a great result for me.”

Louise, who founded Hewett Recruitment three decades ago, has seen other landmark successes over recent years in addition to this new listing, including her award as Worcestershire Business Woman of the Year, being named a Fellow of the University of Worcester and her roles as Patron of St Richard’s Hospice in Worcester and Chair of the Worcestershire Ambassadors.
