Following the GLA’s investigation, the firm pled guilty at Airdrie Sheriff Court and were sentenced to pay a fine of £1,000 reduced from £1,500 due to an early admission of guilt. Ian Japp, GLA’s Head of Enforcement responsible for Scotland, said: “Xltech Recruitment broke the law and have got their just desserts.
