The management team at Simplicity – based in Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire – has ambitious targets to meet in order to move from its current exclusive position as an award-winning back office and pay roll funder for the recruitment industry, and is “counting down” to launching its extensive services in a range of untapped markets.

The company is currently going from strength to strength, despite the difficult economy and has an overall five year plan to reach an annual turnover of £100m –they are currently recruiting a new member of the sales team to join them at such an exciting time for the business.

Managing Director at Simplicity, David Thornhill, explains: “We are looking for someone who is looking to make their first move into sales, or an opportunity for a candidate preparing for their next career move in the sales environment. We currently have 35 employees and are taking on more space at our Vantage Point offices, to help increase our capacity and grow the team.
