Simplicity – which is earning a reputation as one of the UK’s most innovative providers of outsourced back office and financial services – is expanding its sales team in order to support the business’ ambitious development plans during the next five years.

Simplicity – which is earning a reputation as one of the UK’s most innovative providers of outsourced back office and financial services – is expanding its sales team in order to support the business’ ambitious development plans during the next five years.

The management team at Simplicity – based in Mitcheldean, Gloucestershire – has ambitious targets to meet in order to move from its current exclusive position as an award-winning back office and pay roll funder for the recruitment industry, and is “counting down” to launching its extensive services in a range of untapped markets.

The company is currently going from strength to strength, despite the difficult economy and has an overall five year plan to reach an annual turnover of £100m –they are currently recruiting a new member of the sales team to join them at such an exciting time for the business.

Managing Director at Simplicity, David Thornhill, explains: “We are looking for someone who is looking to make their first move into sales, or an opportunity for a candidate preparing for their next career move in the sales environment. The individual must be keen to progress, looking for an exciting challenge and display the desire, commitment, professionalism and tenacity to succeed in the role.

“It’s a great opportunity to join an ambitious company at such an exciting time. We currently have 35 employees and are taking on more space at our Vantage Point offices, to help increase our capacity and grow the team. We have high targets to meet, which is a huge challenge, but we are confident we will get there with support from an expanded sales team who can help attract new customers.”

Simplicity anticipates its growth plans and development will lead to further opportunities for people looking to secure a career in an industry that attracts candidates with a keen interest in sales from a host of different backgrounds.
