Sue launches one-stop shop recruitment agency

A new one-stop recruitment agency has been launched in the Midlands by one of the most experienced business women in the sector, Sue Yates.

Sue has extensive knowledge of the recruitment industry having operated a successful and profitable agency - Ashfield Personnel in Solihull town centre – and also runs her own training/coaching company and is the immediate past President of Solihull Chamber of Commerce

She said: “Imagine achieving business goals through working with and having access to an expert recruitment and HR team! ... that’s what’s on offer from Sue Yates Personnel”.

The agency specialises in recruiting staff for IT, HR, sales, manufacturing and automotive and a full HR advisory service removing the need for employing dedicated staff. The coaching arm provides the mechanism to assist under-performance issues and develop the leaders of the future.

Sue said: “There is tremendous competition surrounding recruitment and all its issues so it makes sense to offer a one-stop shop to employers.

“An employer can come to us for all their employment and training needs and also get support and advice on HR”.

She believes a lot of the procedures in recruitment need tightening up. “There is often too much of a delay, for instance, after an applicant has been for an interview. The employer and the candidate want to know the decision almost immediately.

“We aim for decisions on the day or within 24 hours.

“And we will offer a single point of contact for specialist companies and agencies throughout the UK, so narrowing down an employer’s search to fill a particular vacancy”.
