APSCo has launched a new code of conduct representing the best interests of all parties involved in the Recruitment Supply Chain. Announced at the second Asset Based Finance Association (ABFA)/APSCo Recruitment Supply Chain Business Forum last week, the APSCo Code of Conduct already has major RPO and MSP signing up including Adecco, Alexander Mann Solutions, Allegis, and Advanced Resource Managers, with several other notable providers going through the final checks with their legal representatives.
SThree announces that Russell Clements, CEO, is to retire from the Board at the conclusion of the Group's next Annual General Meeting in April 2013 after more than twenty six years with the Group. He will be succeeded as CEO by Gary Elden, currently SThree Group Chief Strategy Officer.Gary joined the SThree board in 2008 and has over twenty two years' service with the Group. He is appointed as Deputy CEO with immediate effect. Russell will effect a progressive transition of his responsibilities to Gary over the next eleven months to ensure an orderly handover.

Earnings from continuing operations for the first quarter of 2012 totaled $9.2 million, compared to $1.1 million reported for the first quarter of 2011.
