It seems every recruitment company that is talking to RI is looking for recruiters. As the industry in the Uk gears up for a period of sustianed growth where is the new blood going to come from?
I am training up an apprentice right now and it's a great idea. He loves technology (great for an IT consultancy) and already does 90% of our resourcing for us. School leavers are keen to develop their skills, still very much in that "learning space"
I am training up an apprentice right now and it's a great idea. He loves technology (great for an IT consultancy) and already does 90% of our resourcing for us. School leavers are keen to develop their skills, still very much in that "learning space" from school and are literally like a "sponges" for absorbing new information. He completes his apprenticeship in July and is just about to move onto an advanced apprenticeship with us. It would depend on your business set up but for just over £100 a week, it seems like a no-brainer to us.

You pay the Apprentice £120pw and the Apprenticehip Training is FULLY GOVERNMENT FUNDED! Progression to Recruitment Consultant can be achieved by further funded Apprenticeships in Sales, Employment Related Services and Team Leading/Management.
