Associated Northcliffe Digital the digital consumer division of DMGT, has announced the acquisition of Broadbean Technology, Europes leading provider of online job advert distribution and response tracking solutions for the recruitment industry.
The acquisition provides Broadbean with access to ANDs extensive resources and breadth of experience in the digital arena. Under the terms of the deal Broadbean will maintain its brand name, continue to be led by the current management team from its headquarters in Canary Wharf and retain all its current employees.
Since its launch in 2002, Broadbean has enjoyed rapid growth. It has doubled in size for each of its six years of trading and built an enviable reputation for excellent customer service in the process. The multi-award winning business has more than 50 staff and distributes in excess of 1.5million adverts to a network of over 700 job boards every month.
Broadbean has over 1,000 clients including many of the worlds leading recruitment consultancies and a large number of major employers. In excess of 25,000 individual users rely on its systems every day to help meet their recruitment needs.
