London City office opening for NES

Demand for personnel within the technical, engineering, rail and IT sectors remains stable despite widespread anxieties about the UK employment market according to specialist technical and engineering recruitment firm, NES.

The company, which places white-collar personnel within the oil & gas, infrastructure, power and IT sectors, has announced the opening of its first London City office this week, where a newly established Construction Management and Trades team will be led by branch manager, Tim OKeefe, who brings ten years recruitment experience to NES.

Tim will supply contract and permanent personnel, ranging from general labourers and trades people through to site managers, quantity surveyors and project managers to new and existing NES construction industry clients.

In addition, the companys specialist IT division NES IT, which has already established a presence in London providing contract and permanent IT recruitment services to a range of public and private sector companies will work to deliver an even higher quality of service to clients in the region, says Neil Tregarthen, chief executive of the NES Group.

Kevin Hathaway, who also has over ten years recruitment experience within the IT sector will head this team, applying his previous experience and knowledge of the London marketplace to contribute to the growth of the business.
