More Heavyweights Join Bemyinterviewer

Three media bosses from leading communications, planning and advertising agencies today join Jobsites interactive video-based website which enables jobseekers to practise for interviews. Nick Band (Chairman and Founder of the Band & Brown Group), Steve Parker (Managing Director of MediaVest) and Oliver Lewis-Barclay (MD of Hooper Galton) join leading bosses and companies on the site including O2, ITV, BSkyB, Duncan Bannatyne and Ruth Badger in asking candidates key interview questions on topics including money, experience, personality and selling yourself.

Launched in February 2008 BeMyInterviewer offers a completely new way to prepare for interviews. The site has attracted almost 200,000 unique visitors, with over 1.7 million videos streamed. BeMyInterviewer has also increased applications to Jobsites clients vacancies, with over 27,000 candidates coming through to view vacancies on Jobsite following their interaction with the interviewers on BeMyInterviewer. Most recently, BeMyInterviewer was Highly Commended for digital innovation at the PR Week Awards 2008 and a finalist for digital innovation at the Association of Online Publishers Awards.

BeMyInterviewer is updated regularly with new interviewers and is a helpful preparation tool for recruiters who are sending candidates to interviews. Equally, HR Directors and those responsible for interviewing will find BeMyInterviewer a useful resource in learning how their peers conduct interviews and get the most out of candidates.
