New Recruitment Outsourcing Company,

New Recruitment Outsourcing Company,
RPOZone, launched

Specialist recruiter, Project IT Resource has spun off its outsourcing offering as a separate division. It has been offering Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) as a service for some time, but due to rapidly increasing demand, it has now been branded as a separate division, RPOZone (www.rpozone.com).

Nick Boothroyd, Director of RPOZone and Group Managing Director said,

More companies are looking to reduce their recruitment costs, and RPO is a cost-effective way of developing a better and cheaper recruitment strategy. We have a proven track record of reducing recruitment costs by more than 20%, and importantly improving the quality of the operation at the same time. As costs are always at or near the top of the agenda, the budget reduction elements of RPO are just as attractive in a receding market as they are in a buoyant one.

RPOZone are already working for large and rapidly expanding organisations, but as it offers a modular service, they claim that the benefits can be just as applicable for the small start-up.

Recruitment can divert you from your core business, and if your recruiting needs are as little as five new people, that could still make RPO viable. In fact, it makes sense, as you will bring recruitment and HR to your organisation, and having a Candidate Management System, for example, will give the appearance of a much bigger company, which may be appropriate for your corporate image. A full-scale on-site RPO programme could take a few months to sort out, mainly because of the period of consultation and due diligence, but because RPO can be implemented in a modular way, the process could be started off-site within a week., continued Boothroyd.
The service on offer from RPOZone will include dealing with agencies, sorting CVs, booking interviews, consolidating invoices, interview workshops, competency training, candidate engagement best practice, internal referral programmes and recruitment advertising.
