Broadbeans Head of Client Services wins Outstanding Young Person of the Year Award

Emma Cuffaro, Head of Client Services at Broadbean Technology, has been named Outstanding Young Person at the Thames Gateway Awards in a ceremony at ExCeL, London.
A testament to Emma's hard work and progression within the company, the award was presented to Emma by star of Saturday Kitchen, James Martin.
Emma, 24, who started at Broadbean in June 2005, said I was extremely proud just to have been shortlisted but winning was fantastic. The team were as thrilled as I was and there was such a great atmosphere on the night. My team have worked incredibly hard this year and they should all be very proud of what they have done to help me win such an accolade.
A graduate of De Montfort University, Emma started her career at Broadbean as an administrator with a vision to progress within the business. Her dedication has driven her development within the company and her results have been excellent.
The past twelve months has been particularly busy for Emma and her capability has been evident throughout. In addition to hiring and training several new Account Managers to service the UK and Europe she has managed the client transition to the new version of AdCourier.
Dan McGuire, who nominated Emma for the prize said,
I first met Emma, who had just left university, when I interviewed her in 2005 and it was clear then that she was ambitious, intelligent and up for a challenge. Even so, her progression through the company from sales support and my PA to the head of one of the largest and most important teams in the business is nothing short of staggering. She is incredibly popular, great fun to be around and has worked immensely hard to achieve her current position and I have thoroughly enjoyed working with her over the years. I cant think of anyone more deserving of this award and I was absolutely delighted when she won. I know that our clients and everyone at Broadbean will agree with that view.
