CTPartners has opened in Mexico City enhancing the firms regional coverage throughout Latin America. Headquartered in Miami, the region has offices in Bogot, Caracas, Lima, Mexico, Santiago, and So Paulo.
Brian Sullivan, Chairman and CEO said, Mexico is the second largest economy in Latin America and many of our global clients have expanded their capabilities there. We are responding to our clients need for us to increase our presence in Latin America, specifically Mexico.
Nestor DAngelo, Managing Partner for Latin America said, Lourit Andrade and Gabriela Castilla join an experienced Latin American team of 19 Senior Partners and Principals and support staff. Their experience compliments our strong team and secures our foothold in the Region.
Lourit has over 12 years of executive search experience with two other global search firms, recruiting across industries including TMT, Life Sciences, Consumer and Industrial. Some of her clients include: Cisco, Coca Cola Femsa, Dell Computer, Kellogg's, Motorola, The NFL, Orange Business Services, Sun Microsystems and Whirlpool. Her corporate experience includes a recruiting position with Nestle. She holds a B.A. from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello and a Master's Degree from Universidad Simon Bolivar, in Venezuela. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
Gabriela Castilla joins as an Associate supporting the Mexican team. Her experience includes working for Motorola for 8 years, where she held various positions of increasing responsibility in the human resources area. She holds a BA in Psychology from Universidad de las Americas in Puebla, Mexico.
