Language recruiter is feeling charitable
Euro London Appointments, recruiter of multilingual personnel in the UK and across Europe, is casting thoughts of the credit crunch aside and continuing its fundraising efforts for the homeless charity, Crisis, into the festive season.
The recruiters London City office is taking part in Crisis Christmas raffle, selling tickets to friends and family and aiming to raise over 100, which will all go towards aiding the homeless. Prizes up for grabs include 2 return flights to Zurich, a four night stay at a luxury hotel anywhere in the world and dinner for two at a top London restaurant. As well as taking part in the raffle, Euro London is collecting donations of food, clothing and other necessities that Crisis needs.
Consultants from all of Euro Londons four UK offices also took part in the famous 5km Crisis run this summer, starting at Paternoster Square, going through St Pauls and finishing at Millennium Bridge. Their efforts raised over 1000 for the charity.
Everyones panicking about the economic difficulties but its important not to lose sight of the problems out there and our responsibility to help and give something back say David and Steve Shacklock, Managing Directors of Euro London. Its great that we can make a contribution, especially at this time of year. Hopefully we can continue our efforts and raise even more in 2009!
