Local Recruiter Advanced Resource Managers donates 4,000 to Bliss

South Coast-based Recruitment & Training Company Advanced Resource Managers has used a staff incentive scheme to generate 4,000 for Bliss, the special care baby charity.

The recruitment business rewards its staff for achieving quality goals by giving out vouchers. Directors and many of ARMs staff decided to forego the vouchers they have earned in order to make this donation.

Bliss Chief Executive, Andy Cole, says Bliss provides much-needed support and advice to families of premature and sick babies, champions exciting new advances in care, and campaigns for increased resources to improve outcomes for these babies. Without the help of generous individuals and companies like Advanced Resource Managers, we would not be able to make the difference that these most vulnerable babies desperately need.

Mike Gawthorne, MD of Advanced Resource Managers, said the company is delighted to be involved in such a worthy cause. Many of us here are parents and we know the anxiety and stress that can be caused when our young children are unwell, or premature. At ARM we make it a policy to get involved with the community, and were delighted with how many people were willing to give up their own incentives to help Bliss.
