Candidate Experience category launched at CIPD Recruitment Marketing Awards
A new category, Candidate Experience, is to be introduced this year as part of the 2009 CIPD Recruitment Marketing Awards in partnership with The Guardian. Organisations and recruitment agencies are invited to enter work that demonstrates excellent experience for job applicants, whether during the application process, during the interview or afterwards.
The annual awards promote innovative recruitment marketing solutions and help raise standards across the industry.
Commenting on the Awards, Adam Winterton, Managing Director at Euro RSCG Riley and Joint Chair of Judges says:
We were determined to carry on the tradition of these highly regarded awards but wanted to help develop them in line with the way our customers are thinking, specifically by exploring the business performance improvements that excellent recruitment marketing strategies must make.
