eploy, the UKs leading online recruitment software provider has taken its integration with leading multiple job posting services such as idibu and Broadbean one significant stage further. Using sophisticated import tools, eploys recruitment system has been developed to allow users to seamlessly import all the job applications and responses received via job boards back into their recruitment database, saving valuable time and resources.
Direct connections with multi-posting sites like IDIBU and Broadbean, which allow users to post vacancies directly to their subscribed boards, are not new anymore. Therefore, we wanted to create an import system that would further enhance this service and help recruiters use job boards as proactively and effortlessly as possible, says Paul Burgess, eploys Managing Director.
eploys import tools automatically import job board responses into eploy and store CVs ready for review and processing, or if candidates are already registered on the eploy database, they handle duplicates with existing candidates automatically applied to the job they applied to. Applicants, who are already registered on the eploy database, will also have their latest CV automatically updated on the system.
To further facilitate the selection (and rejection) process, the import tools work hand-in-hand with eploys CV data extraction technology, which prioritises applications by the most relevant first, based on skills or CV content for example.
