The McGinley Recruitment Services group says it has achieved its revenue targets for 2008 and have planned for a 10% growth in overall revenue for 2009. With a successful 20% increase in annual growth since 2007 and over three decades of recruitment experience, clients receive the best quality support and services.

The economic climate has taken a dramatic downturn, affecting many industry sectors and businesses. Due to our skills in strategic growth and our ability in recognising potential areas for increased activity, we have emerged triumphant with an annual turnover at the end of 2008 of 60m.

Our success in 2008 originated from focussing on entering into new markets and expanding our delivery into existing successful sectors, such as Railway and Construction.

We indentified areas where there was a recognised increase in industry expenditure and identified opportunity markets for entry. From this, we successfully moved into specialist business sectors, including Electrification, OLE, Signalling, Telecommunications and Civil Engineering leveraging our cross sector skills and experience.

Our proven strategic planning, robust account management processes and commitment from the Chairman, Directors and each delivery team have helped us to grow.

We deliver services that are of a high standard and not down to price and offer a complete service to all clients.
