Penta officially an outstanding place to work

Penta Consulting is one of only 12 UK recruitment companies to achieve Best Companies 2008 two star status for being an outstanding workplace and for its investment in its staff. This much prized accreditation not only ranks Penta alongside the best in the staffing industry but recognises it as one of the best SMEs in the country.

The elite national accreditation, developed by Best Companies scrutinises workplace engagement and sets a benchmark for other companies. It follows a Michelin star system with companies awarded one star for first class, two stars for outstanding and three stars for extraordinary performance.

Paul Clark, Group Managing Director of Penta Consulting said:

This is the fourth year we have been involved with Best Companies and we are delighted to have gained a 2-star accreditation for the first time which puts us alongside the best of our peers and ahead of many other staffing companies. Over the past 12 months we have taken many steps to promote best practice across the company through the introduction of online self assessment appraisals and improved training programmes as well as a focus on leadership skills. Officially being recognised as an outstanding place to work as we celebrate our tenth anniversary year is a great vote of confidence from our staff that they like what we are doing at Penta and we are grateful to them for their loyalty and commitment. We will all be working very hard over the next twelve months to make Penta an even better place to work as we aim for the top three star accolade.
