Star Status For NetworkersMSB
Leading IT and telecoms recruitment company, NetworkersMSB has achieved Star Status with the Best Companies Accreditation 2009 project, sponsored by The Sunday Times. The global recruiter received the First Class Star Status award in recognition of the great work practices and employee care throughout the organisation. The award recognises the companys commitment to excellence in areas such as management and team development as well as its high level of staff morale and strong financial performance.
The 'Michelin Star' style award is based on an independently audited Best Companies Index (BCI) score derived from employee questionnaires and a site visit to the organisations base. Other winners in the category included blue chip companies such as Vodafone, British Gas and O2 Communications.
Spencer Manuel, NetworkersMSB CEO, said, The accreditation is fantastic recognition of the progress we have made in building NetworkersMSB into one of the worlds leading recruitment companies. For a recruitment consultancy to be honoured alongside some of the biggest and most respected brands in the country is a real achievement, and a triumph for our profession.
Approximately a third of our employees have been with the company for five or more years, which is rare in our sector. It shows that we are committed to making the company a great place to work.
NetworkersMSB was 1 of only 142 companies to achieve star status from a list of over 800 applications. The accreditation will include a full page profile of NetworkersMSB in the Best Companies Guide, due to be published in late February.
