Advanced Resource Managers announces new hires
Advanced Resource Managers announces new hires. March 2009
Advanced Resource Managers has announced that it has hired new staff to take it into its next stage of expansion, with increased penetration into specialist markets.
The company has hired skilled recruiters to help increase its industry coverage of the below sectors and skill domains:
The Environmental Division at ARM actively recruits in the fields of Water Management, Environmental Appraisal and Ecology, Environmental Management and Compliance, Contaminated Land and Waste Management.
The size of the environment sector reflects the willingness of the government and the private sector to pay for green expertise. With the government committed to reduce Britains overall carbon emissions by 80% by the year 2050, we expect to see steady growth in this sector.
This department runs in conjunction with our IT Sales department, but is manned by an Engineering sales specialist. We recruit for many positions in this arena, from business development to territory sales and brand and product managers.
Oil and Gas
Our specialist Oil and Gas division provides a professional approach to finding white collar technical and executive personnel for the global Oil, Gas and Petroleum industries, serving both upstream and downstream clients.
Power and Energy
We recruit within renewable energy, utilities and related sectors, sourcing technical and executive staff. The growth of this division has been driven by the demand within the UK and global marketplace for Power and Energy professionals: bucking the broader economic trends, both the renewable and non-renewable energy sectors have proved robust, with public and private spend levels remaining high.
Mike Gawthorne, MD of Advanced Resource Managers, said: "Following our ongoing research and strategic alignment we have been able to successfully diversify into the Environmental, Oil and Gas and Power and Energy industries.
We understand the global effort to build a more energy efficient environment. Many projects are already underway and Advanced Resource Managers will be able to offer highly skilled personnel to key clients to assist with this.
We have already established ARM as a key recruitment consultancy and training provider, and I am confident that these new sectors will complement our establishment
