Up to 100 UK banking jobs are to be created by ea Consulting Group (eacg), the UKs fastest growing management consultancy. The firm is looking for management consultants and for banking delivery professionals interested in moving into consultancy to join its existing force of 250 consultants before April, 2009.
eacg is offering 100 full time positions and associate roles for exciting projects lasting three years or more. eacg has started a national advertising campaign to reach out to potential candidates.
eacg specialises in delivering change within the financial services sector. Its team of associates currently work with the majority of the UKs leading banks and are involved in a number of significant projects ranging from technology transformations through to mergers and acquisitions. eacgs growth within this market is due in part to the model of consultancy it offers, which is geared towards delivering external expertise at internal costs through a partnership with its clients.
Steve Robson, Executive Chairman at eacg, said, eacg is in the business of delivering change at a fair price and in todays economic climate, change is one thing were seeing a lot more of. The recent growth in the number and the scale of the change projects were now involved in means that were having to rapidly grow our workforce to meet demand. eacg has offices in Canary Wharf and Twickenham. Vodafone UK completes search for 50 new stores with 40 already open for business
200 new jobs in retail

Vodafone UK today confirms that all 50 sites for the retail store expansion programme announced last year have now been secured. Roll out has been underway since September, with 40 new stores already serving customers nationwide. The remaining 10 stores will be opening in the coming weeks.

The store expansion programme will take the total number of stores to 400, as part of Vodafones continued commitment to improve customer service and drive revenue. These new stores will add approximately 3155 square metres of extra retail space and create 200 additional advisor roles in total.
