The Gibbs Partnership & Strategic Staffing Solutions (GibbsS3) is an international partnership of two highly successful woman-owned IT Services companies who have combined forces to expand the offerings of both companies. GibbsS3 offers a full range of services, from Staff Augmentation/Flexible Resourcing, Contingency Recruitment, Diirect Hire Support, Vendor Management / MSP services, as well as strategic sourcing development and execution services. Delivery and service area covers all of the UK and US as well as select parts of the Middle East.

Farida Gibbs, President and Owner of The Gibbs Partnership, directs the UK-based strategy and operations of GibbsS3 whilst Cindy Pasky, President, CEO, and Owner of Strategic Staffing Solutions, provides strategic support for the partnership. GibbsS3 maintains a special competency in managing the careers of high calibre candidates in the particular industries of Financial Services, Investment Banking, Government, Energy, Retail and Communications.
Both companies have compiled outstanding records of continued growth prior to forming their partnership in January 2009. The Gibbs Partnership posted a 39% percent growth in 2008 with revenues of 2.2million ($3 million) whilst S3 posted its 19th consecutive year of revenue growth during the year with sales in excess of $160 million.
The partnership has positioned GibbsS3 to acquire two new international customers a global financial services company and an international investment bank that require the expanded IT consulting and reSourcing Solutions services that the partnership offers.
