Nigel Wright Recruitment to open their second international office
Following the successful opening of their first international office in Copenhagen in January 2008, Nigel Wright Recruitment is set to open its second international office in the centre of Paris in May 2009. The companys international expansion started over three years ago and has since gone from strength to strength. The process of entering a new international market begins at the Nigel Wright Recruitments group head office in Newcastle upon Tyne where a country start-up team is created to prepare the ground work for a new country launch. This team plans the initial strategy and market entry from the UK and gradually builds the infrastructure remotely before launching. Trading is then carried out by a diverse team of consultants which includes both UK and local nationalities. The business is then built up until it has sufficient momentum to justify a permanent foot on the ground.
The Paris office, located in the prestigious 8eme arrondissement, close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysee, will open with a total of ten consultants facing the French Consumer Market. The decision to specialise in the consumer sector has certainly helped with the rapid international growth seen in the last three years and Nigel Wright Recruitment and the company now has an international network of clients buying their services across a range of countries. Plans do not stop at Paris and there are already teams facing the Benelux region and plans are in place for future expansion into mainland Europe. The company is now focused on identifying experienced employees who can join the business and contribute to its continued success, with vacancies to be filled in both international offices as well as the Newcastle based group headquarters and the expanding London office.
